Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. For an uncontested divorce without minor children, Mr. Glenn charges only a $350 flat fee for his services. Mr. Glenn only charges a flat $750 for his services in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case. Mr. Glenn keeps detailed logs of the time spent on your case. He bills in six-minute (1/10 hour) increments and rounds down when in-between them. Accountings will be provided to all clients upon the closing of a case. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Bills will include costs for copies, filing fees, and postage. Mr. Glenn charges $250 per hour. Retainers must be paid upfront.
